Purchases

We accept both U.S. and internationally placed orders through all major credit cards and secured PayPal transactions. You will receive an order summary once your order has been placed. This summarizes your order however it does not confirm it. Cafe Nyleta has the right to cancel an order at any time. Order cancellations may occur but are not limited to: lack of stock to fulfill the order, suspicion of fraud, or any discrepancies on an item’s description or price. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your order based on any of the reasons listed above. If we are unable to fulfill any item(s) in your order we will refund you for the item(s).

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved, then your credit or exchange will be processed immediately with email notifications containing all pertinent information. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cafenyleta.com Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.

 

Shipping

Any items purchased through Cafe Nyleta will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are incurred by you, the customer, and are based on either estimated parcel weight, or destination. Tracking numbers will be provided for all domestic and international orders. Despite quoted shipment arrival dates, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

RTS Packages

In the event that an order is returned to us marked as ‘RTS’ (return to sender) the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping if approved by you, the customer. If the you, the customer, cannot be reached and there is no reply the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded less the original shipping cost and any duties incurred by Cafe Nyleta via the returned parcel. Cafe Nyleta is not responsible for ‘unclaimed’, ‘refused’, or lost packages shipped to the stated address given for the order.
